Lords Chloro Alkali Limited has announced its financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30th, 2026.

Revenue from Operations stood at Rs. 115.40 crore in Q2 FY27, compared to Rs. 98.34 crore in Q2 FY26, registering a growth of 17.35% year-on-year. The increase was primarily driven by higher sales volumes of Caustic Soda Lye and Chlorinated Paraffin Wax (CPW), which increased by 1,972 MT and 987 MT, respectively. While caustic soda realisations moderated, higher CPW realisations supported revenue growth.

Total Income for the quarter stood at Rs. 115.51 crore, compared to Rs. 100.77 crore in Q2 FY26, registeringa growth of 14.62% year-on-year.

EBITDA (including other income) stood at Rs. 18.82 crore, compared to Rs. 21.09 crore in Q2 FY26, registering a decline of 10.79% year-on-year. The moderation was primarily attributable to lower caustic soda realisations, partly offset by improved CPW realisations and lower power and fuel expenses.

Profit After Tax (PAT) for Q2 FY27 stood at Rs. 9.02 crore, as against Rs. 9.04 crore in Q2 FY26, remaining broadly stable with a marginal decline of 0.25% year-on-year. The lower tax expense during the quarter helped offset the impact of lower profitability at the PBT level.

During H1 FY27, Total Income stood at Rs. 222.08 crore, registering a growth of 10.36% year-on-year. EBITDA stood at Rs. 41.65 crore, compared to Rs. 41.78 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year, while EBITDA Margin stood at 18.75%. The performance reflects higher revenue from operations, supported by increased sales volumes, while profitability continued to be influenced by movements in caustic soda realisations and the overall cost structure.

Profit After Tax (PAT) for H1 FY27 stood at Rs. 23.97 crore, as against Rs. 19.49 crore in H1 FY26, registering a growth of 22.99% year-on-year. The improvement was primarily supported by lower tax expenses during the period, while Profit Before Tax remained broadly stable at Rs. 28.06 crore.
