Manali Petrochemicals Limited (MPL), a leading petrochemical manufacturer and part of Singapore-based AM International, reported consolidated total income of Rs 414.37 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, marking a strong improvement over the corresponding quarter last year.
Consolidated profit before tax (PBT) stood at Rs 85.30 crore, sharply higher than Rs 20.99 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Profit after tax (PAT) rose to Rs 63.50 crore from Rs 18.15 crore a year ago.
The company's consolidated total income also increased substantially from Rs 260.94 crore in the September 2025 quarter to Rs 414.37 crore in the quarter under review.
Sequentially, total income rose from Rs 288.49 crore in the June 2026 quarter. PBT edged up to Rs 85.30 crore from Rs 84.53 crore, while PAT stood at Rs 63.50 crore compared with Rs 64.36 crore in the preceding quarter.
On a standalone basis, MPL recorded total income of Rs 361.81 crore during the quarter, up from Rs 238.99 crore in the previous quarter. PBT remained virtually unchanged at Rs 72.98 crore against Rs 72.86 crore in the June quarter.
The performance reflects higher business activity and improved income generation, although profitability remained broadly stable on a sequential basis.
MPL said it continues to focus on disciplined commercial decisions, operational efficiency and prudent cost and working-capital management.
The company, however, maintained a cautious near-term outlook, citing continuing uncertainty in market conditions, input costs and global trade flows.
