Resistotech Industries has completed acquisition of SGL Carbon India, a 100% subsidiary of SGL Carbon, Germany. 

SGL India manufactures solutions for graphite equipment, systems, and PTFE components. The company is part of the process technology business unit under direct control of SGL Germany. The company has a world class manufacturing facility located at Ranjangaon, Pune and also provides installations as well as repair service.

As part of the acquisition, Resistotech gets access to world class German technology in Graphite based products along with equipment, machineries, manpower, and skilled workforce.

Commenting on the acquisition, Prashant Patil, Managing Director, Resistotech Industries said, "The same legacy will be carried forward for quality of products offered and performance with faster delivery and competitive prices henceforth."
