Pune based RIECO Industries Ltd., a project engineering and manufacturing company, plans to increase its workforce to 500+ by 2025. The company focuses on delivering sustainable solutions in the powder processing and bulk material handling solutions and works with major players in 10+ industries.

“This growth strategy will not only improve our market position but also reinforce our position as an industry leader,” says Vikas R. Bhatia, Managing Director, RIECO Industries Ltd. 

Apart from hiring new talent, Rieco also has diversity as one of its key goals. In a remarkable move towards gender diversity, RIECO Industries has hired 80% women in its freshly recruited batch of 20+ Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs). Further, to cater customer needs better, the company has 35 dedicated service engineers and recruited 12 diploma trainees.

Recently the company also got recertified as a Great Place to Work ® for the second consecutive time. “We believe in fostering a right environment for people to do their best,” Bhatia adds. 

In the next 2 years the company plans to recruit top talent from major institutes like IITs, and IIMs. With a vision to be the global leader in custom engineered solutions for complex material handling processes the company also plans to add PhD talent for its material testing and research vertical.
