Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers Limited reported a stellar performance for the second quarter of the financial year 2026–27 (Q2 FY27). According to the company's recent regulatory filings, consolidated net profit surged 96.1% year-on-year to Rs. 35.7 crore, up from Rs. 18.2 crore recorded in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.

The company's strong business momentum was heavily driven by robust operational revenue execution, which expanded by 58.2% year-on-year to reach Rs. 403.5 crore against Rs. 255.1 crore in Q2 FY26. Operating efficiencies significantly improved during the quarter, lifting the company’s EBITDA by nearly 88% to Rs. 50 crore. Consequently, the EBITDA margin widened by 192 basis points to 12.2%, up from 10.3% in the same quarter last year.

The chemical manufacturing division emerged as a major growth engine, generating Rs. 245 crore in revenue, while the fertilizer division added Rs. 158 crore. This upswing follows a recovery from the previous quarter's raw material pricing pressure, demonstrating enhanced volume realization across both core segments. Additionally, energy cost optimizations through the company’s 20.6 MW DC captive solar power capacity helped protect its operational margins.

Alongside its financial report, the board approved a strategic Rs. 70 crore capital expenditure to establish a new 3,000 MTPA chemical plant at its Unit-5 facility in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra, slated for completion by March 2028. The project will be financed via a mix of internal accruals and a proposed preferential warrant issue worth Rs. 45 crore to the promoter.
