Siemens Energy India Limited (SEIL) successfully listed on BSE and NSE, completing the demerger and listing of the energy business of Siemens Limited, India.

With today’s listing of Siemens Energy India Limited (SEIL) on BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, the listing of the energy business of Siemens Limited, India has been successfully completed.

With this step, SEIL is now positioned to operate with greater agility, transparency, and strategic focus – ready to lead in one of the world’s most dynamic and fast-growing energy markets. The Company supports the integration of renewable energy, modernization of the national grid, and decarbonization of key industries. With more than 4,200 skilled professionals, ten state-of-the-art factories and eleven regional offices, SEIL is deeply embedded in India’s industrial landscape and also serves neighboring countries including Bhutan, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Maldives.

Siemens AG and its subsidiaries hold 69 percent in Siemens Energy India Limited and the subsidiaries of Siemens Energy AG hold 6 percent in Siemens Energy India Limited, with the remainder in free float.
