Industrial manufacturing leader Tembo Global Industries has officially commenced commercial production at its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Vasai, a move that marks a major milestone in the company’s expansion strategy.

Spanning 120,000 sq. ft. with a total capital investment of Rs. 75 crores, the facility is set to significantly boost Tembo’s production capacity and market presence.

With the Vasai facility coming online, Tembo’s overall installed capacity is set to rise to approximately 100,000 metric tonnes (MT), with phased expansion planned over the next two to three years. The company anticipates that peak annual revenue from the new facility could reach up to Rs. 700 crores during this period.

A standout feature of the facility is its in-house Research and Development (R&D) center, which will drive product innovation and help Tembo stay ahead of industry trends. The strategic location in Vasai also offers logistical advantages, streamlining raw material procurement and finished goods distribution to enhance operational efficiency and cost competitiveness.
