The accolades recognize UPL’s excellence in annual report communications for FY 2024-25 and underscore its commitment to transparent, high-quality, stakeholder-focused reporting.

The company’s FY24-25 Annual Report earned the Gold Award, a spot in the Global Top 100 Reports Ranking, and the Technical Achievement Award, cementing UPL’s reputation as a leader in clear, impactful corporate reporting.

Nearly 1,000 organizations from diverse industries and geographies competed in this year’s Vision Awards. Submissions were judged on first impression, narrative clarity, financial disclosure, creativity, and communication effectiveness.

The award-winning report was crafted in partnership with Stirrup Communication Consultants, whose expertise helped deliver a globally benchmarked reporting framework.

Bikash Prasad, Group CFO of UPL Limited, said: “These recognitions reinforce our commitment to transparency, accountability and delivering high-quality communication. The global agriculture sector is undergoing a fundamental shift, from traditional crop protection toward more sustainable, digitally‑enabled and biologically‑driven solutions.

"Over the past year, UPL has sharpened financial discipline, strengthened profitability, enhanced balance‑sheet resilience and reinforced strong governance, while continuing to align our portfolio with these long-term industry trends.

"Our annual report reflects not only financial performance but also how we are enabling climate‑smart farming, supporting food security and partnering with growers as they transition to innovative, science‑based solutions. These awards motivate us to further elevate our reporting excellence and strengthen our position as a global leader in sustainable agriculture.”
