Vinati Organics reports accident at Maharashtra plant

Vinati Organics Limited has informed that an unfortunate incident occurred on July 26, 2025, at its manufacturing facility located in Lote MIDC, Ratnagiri District, Maharashtra.

An accident in a section of the plant during routine operations resulted in the unfortunate demise of one employee.

Emergency response measures were immediately activated, and with the support of the safety department and local authorities, the situation was brought under control.

At this stage, the company does not foresee any material financial or operational impact due to the incident and confirms that adequate insurance coverage is in place for such events.
