Jubilant Ingrevia forms new arm to complete Zettaone Technologies acquisition

Zettaone is an electronics design and manufacturing platform specializing in high-speed hardware and printed circuit board

The board of Jubilant Ingrevia Limited has officially approved the incorporation of a clean-slate, wholly-owned subsidiary named Jubilant Advanced Electronics. This strategic move is designed to structurally isolate the company’s burgeoning high-tech electronics division from its legacy specialty chemical and contract development and manufacturing organisation (CDMO) operations.

Under this new corporate framework, the subsidiary will execute the previously announced Rs. 189.2 crore acquisition of a 40% strategic stake in Zettaone Technologies India.

Zettaone is an electronics design and manufacturing platform specializing in high-speed hardware and printed circuit board (PCB) design. The transaction will be completed in two distinct tranches, with the first closing expected by November 2026 and the final layout by September 2027, establishing Zettaone as an associate company.

This restructuring aligns with Jubilant Ingrevia’s "Pinnacle" growth strategy. By routing the transaction through a dedicated advanced electronics arm, the firm accelerates its expansion into Electronics Development and Manufacturing Services (EDMS). This positioning enables them to offer an integrated value proposition spanning semiconductor chemicals, R&D, and deep-tech hardware assembly.
