Abhijit Kulkarni, Chief Commercial Officer, Gulf Oil Lubricants India Limited has been appointed as a Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the company with effect from 21st October 2024.

He brings extensive experience in strategy, business operations, P&L management and is expected to significantly contribute to the company’s growth and success.

He is an accomplished leader with over 22 years of experience and has held positions as Cluster General Manager and Innovation Head, SEA at Unilever, Thailand since 2015. He has also worked with Castrol India Limited and Coca Cola. He had lead key roles covering strategy business operations, consumer marketing and P&L management, manufacturing and organisation development across FMCG organisations.

Kulkarni holds a bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering from COEP, Pune University and a Master’s in Management Studies in Marketing from Symbiosis, Pune.
