Air Products said Samir Serhan has resigned as Chief Operating Officer effective immediately and will leave the company at the end of September.

The company announced the formation of a new Management Board, effective immediately, bringing together talented senior leadership across the globe to execute the Company’s two-pillar growth strategy. That strategy is to optimize and grow Air Products’ core industrial gases business while advancing the energy transition through clean hydrogen.

Chairman, President and CEO Seifi Ghasemi will lead the new Management Board, each of whom will report directly to him.
