Styrenics Circular Solutions has announced Alain Minelli of Trinseo Europe as its new President.

“It's an exciting time to take on this role, as our value chain continues turning the proven potential of PS for circularity into an economically viable reality at scale, even for food contact,” Alain said.

On behalf of the whole SCS team, Anabela Ferreira, Vice-President of SCS and Jens Kathmann, Secretary-General of SCS, warmly welcomed Alain Minelli to the Steering Committee of SCS AISBL, valuing his vast styrenics expertise and great commitment to the important role of styrenics in the circular economy.

The SCS Steering Committee also took the opportunity to sincerely thank his predecessor Nicolas Joly, formerly Trinseo Europe GmbH, for his strong commitment and contributions to SCS since its early days.

Styrenics Circular Solutions is the value chain initiative to increase the circularity of styrenics.
