Amit Soni has been appointed as CFO (Chief Financial Officer) of AksharChem India Limited.

He has replaced Sunil Rane who has submitted his resignation and will continue as General Manager - Accounts for the company.

Amit Soni is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has more than 15 years of extensive industrial experience. He possesses rich and varied experience in the field of finance, banking, budget, taxation and treasury management.

He is vested with good IT skills relating to SAP System and MIS reporting and has vast experience in finance & accounting.

He is responsible to duly observe the compliances of all financial, risk and vendor management matters, activities relating to EXIM, FOREX management, investor relations, cost control and forecasting in the company, and other compliances, rules and regulations as may be applicable to the company from time to time.
