Ashok Panjwani honored with 2025 APO National Award

Ashok Panjwani, Executive Director, UPL Ltd. has been selected for the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) National Award 2025 under the Productivity Advocates Category. The APO Award committee has selected him from among several distinguished nominees in recognition of his dedicated advocacy in sustainability and waste management, among other initiatives.

Panjwani has been selected for the APO National Award for Productivity Advocates, for his contributions in policy, strategic thinking, leadership, and management in spearheading and promoting productivity improvement initiatives leading to enhanced and sustainable national productivity. The award recognizes thought leaders, policy makers and strategist driving high-level productivity agendas.

The award will be given during the APO conference to be held in May 2026 at New Delhi.

The Asian Productivity Organization (APO) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1961 to increase productivity in the Asia-Pacific region through mutual cooperation. APO have 21 countries as members and head office is at Tokyo.

The Asian Productivity Organization (APO) National Award is a prestigious individual honor, conferred annually by the Asian Productivity Organization to recognize exemplary individuals who have demonstrated outstanding performance in advancing productivity within their organizations and beyond.
