Barentz, a top global provider of specialty ingredient solutions, has updated its Asia-Pacific (APAC) Personal & Home Care leadership structure. This strategic shift strengthens regional capabilities by bringing leadership, market insight, and principal support closer to local teams, customers, and partners.

As part of this development, Phia Shuan Heng will join Barentz on September 21 as the Head of Personal & Home Care for South East Asia. Based in Singapore, Phia brings strong regional market knowledge and will help connect Barentz’s local teams more closely across Asia-Pacific.

Rushina Dudhwala will expand her responsibilities alongside her leadership of Personal & Home Care in India. In addition to her current remit, she will take on broader principal management responsibilities, supporting stronger and more coordinated relationships with key principals across the region.

Together, these appointments support Barentz’s continued focus on local empowerment, regional coordination and customer intimacy in APAC. By combining close market proximity with stronger alignment across the region, Barentz aims to respond faster to local opportunities, share expertise more effectively and provide more consistent support to customers and principals.
