Chevron Phillips Chemical has announced Mitch Eichelberger will become Senior Vice President, Corporate Planning and Technology, effective June 1, 2019. Eichelberger replaces Dave Smith who will retire after 39 years of distinguished service with Chevron Phillips Chemical and Chevron Corporation.

Eichelberger, who currently serves as Vice President, Qatar and Chief Operations Officer of QChem, will have responsibility for the company’s research and technology, corporate planning and development, and information technology functions.
