Uflex Ltd. a global flexible packaging materials and solutions company, has appointed Desh Deepak Misra as Joint President (Chemicals Business). Prior to this, Misra was the President and Business Head of the Carbon Black business at Epsilon Carbon.

A B.Tech graduate from IIT Bombay, Misra brings over three decades of experience across leading Indian and global companies, including Reliance, Unilever, AkzoNobel, Raymond, PCBL, Shalina Healthcare, and Epsilon Carbon.

He has extensive expertise in manufacturing operations and supply chain management, with over 15 years in senior leadership roles and a decade of experience leading businesses.Throughout his career, he has been known for building strong teams, improving operational efficiency, and leading large-scale organizational transformations.

His work spans diverse sectors, including Chemicals, FMCG, Textiles, and Healthcare, where he has consistently driven sustainable and scalable growth.
