The Board of Directors of Dharmaj Crop Guard Limited at its meeting held on 05th January 2023 has approved the appointment of Vishal Domadia as Chief Executive officer of the company and Vinay Joshi as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 6th January, 2023.

Vishal Domadia is one of the Promoters of Dharmaj Crop Guard Limited. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Science (Agriculture) from Junagadh Agricultural University, master’s degree in Business Administration (Agribusiness) from Allahabad Agricultural Institute. He has completed a certificate course on computer concepts from DOEACC Society. Prior to joining the company, he was working with Cheminova India Limited, Crop Life Science Limited, Sumitomo Chemical India Private Limited and Excel Crop Care Limited. He has also promoted a group company, Khetipoint Private Limited. He has rich experience of more than 13 years and has been associated with the company for 6 years.

Vinay Joshi, is a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary with extensive experience of more than 25 years before joining Dharmaj Crop Guard Limited in various national and multinational companies in manufacturing, IT & financial services. He has vast experience in Corporate Finance & Accounts, Business Finance, Controllership, Taxation, Risk Management, Financial Planning & Analysis. His previous assignments include, Akar Auto Industries, IRM Limited, Karvy Comtrade, Satyam Computers, Panasonic India. Before joining he was a CFO of the Gemstone Glass Private Limited.
