DIC India Limited has nominated Rajeev Anand, Independent & Non-Executive Director as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company with effect from March 24, 2023. Partha Mitra, Chairman shall step down from the Board on March 23, 2023 upon completion of his term as an Independent Director.

Gagandeep Singh has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) upon superannuation of Sandip Chatterjee, CFO with effect from April 1, 2023. He is a seasoned finance professional having more than 20 years of experience in accounting and controllership, financial planning and analysis, treasury and tax. He joined DIC India Limited in April 2016 and has extensive knowledge of its various business segments and experience in supporting its business operations, financial planning and analysis and business process improvement. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and Cost and Works Accountant (ICWA). Prior to joining DIC India Limited, he was CFO of Phoenix Lamps Limited.

The company has also commenced production at the new manufacturing facility at Saykha, Gujarat.
