The Board of Directors of Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) has appointed Dr. Shyam Agrawal as an Additional and Independent Director of the company with effect from December 6, 2022.
Dr. Shyam Agrawal is a Ph.D. (Law), LLM, LLB & FCS. He is a practising company secretary having an experience of more than 15 years and has held the posts of President and Vice-President of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He is also associated with The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, ICMAI Registered Valuers Organisation, ASSOCHAM etc.
