The fragrance house, Eurofragance has appointed three first Master Perfumers - Belén Garcia, Isabel Gil Trujillo, and Olaf Larsen which underlines the importance of their experience and talent within the organization and reinforces Eurofragance's position as a leader in the global perfumery sector.
Becoming a Master Perfumer means reaching the pinnacle of the art of perfumery. Attaining this title results from a combination of talent, in-depth knowledge, and innovative vision. With Perfumers boasting over thirty years of experience in an industry driven by creativity, the company is committed to internal training and promotion to provide the best development opportunities for its talents.

Belén Garcia’s career at Eurofragance spans over 30 years. She believes that the process of creating a perfume comes from within, from the heart. Her creations evoke emotions and create moments of reflection. For her, each fragrance is an invitation to better understand oneself and connect with one's inner voice. Belén Garcia declares, “becoming a Master Perfumer is an honor and an opportunity to further explore the creation of fragrances that connect with people on an emotional level. This title reinforces my commitment to the art of perfumery and the impact it can have on those who experience it.”
Isabel Gil started as a Perfumer Assistant at Eurofragance 24 years ago, during this time, she spent four years working in the company’s Singapore affiliate. Over her tenure, she has built a solid experience in creating scents for the home care, personal care, and air care categories. For her, perfumery is poetry without words, and a means of expression that is capable of touching people on a sensory level. After her experience in Asia, she returned to Barcelona with a renewed vision that she applied to each of her creations.
Olaf Larsen, is fascinated by the fragrance cultures of the Middle East and Asia, he has been living in Dubai for twelve years. His creation palette includes notes such as ambergris, a perfumery raw material that embodies the olfactive richness of the Gulf region. For him, a fragrance should not only smell good, but make you feel good.
