Finolex Industries Limited has appointed Chandan Verma, Deputy Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as the Interim Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect i.e. 30th September 2024, till the time a new CFO is appointed by the Board.
Verma is a qualified Chartered Accountant and comes with 18 years of diversified experience in various domains. In his previous assignments, he was associated with Deloitte, KPMG, and PCBL Limited.
