Grasim Industries has appointed Jaydeep Mondal as its new Vice President & Unit Head. He joins the flagship Aditya Birla Group company from Coromandel International Limited, where he previously held leadership positions as Senior General Manager & Unit Head. Mondal brings a proven track record of driving manufacturing excellence, plant operations, and operational leadership to his new role.

With more than 20 years of expertise in chemicals, manufacturing, and industrial operations, Mondal  is a seasoned leader in process engineering. He has held senior roles across major industry players, including serving as Associate General Manager at Intech Organics Limited and Senior Production Manager (BU LPT) at LANXESS. His extensive career also includes management and engineering positions at UPL, Orica, Hindustan Copper Limited, Welspun World Group, and Granton Marketing BV.
