Gurit announced the appointment of Viktor Bernhardt as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective December 1, 2025. He will succeed Javier Perez-Freije, who will leave the company at the end of November 2025. 

Viktor Bernhardt, a German national, brings more than 25 years of international finance and leadership experience across multinational corporations, private equity portfolio companies, and family-owned businesses. He has an established track record in corporate transformation, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and driving strategic growth.

Most recently, Viktor served as CFO of the KWC Group. He holds a degree in Business Administration from TA Wuppertal, Germany, and has completed executive education at INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.
