Sambit Roy has been appointed as the new Managing Director of Heubach Colorants India Ltd (HCIL). With a background in Chemical Engineering from NIT Jaipur and 28 years in the Spec-Chem industry, Roy has served Heubach for 22 years, taking on diverse roles across Technical Services, Sales, Marketing, and Business Management across India, other regions and global.

Roy’s extensive experience in pigments and his expertise in Lean Six Sigma and successful M&As have significantly contributed to business growth and operational excellence. Throughout the recent Heubach insolvency, he demonstrated exceptional resilience and dedication, maintaining business continuity and customer satisfaction at HCIL.
