Hikal Ltd. has announced the appointment of Dharmesh Panchal as Chief Technology Officer of the company. Panchal has over 23 years of diverse experience in project management, process engineering, and site operations management. He has completed projects from concept to commissioning, including multipurpose chemical plants. He has executed green field and brown field projects as well as implemented capacity enhancement and de-bottlenecking projects.

He has worked with companies like Atul Ltd, Cadila Pharma, Bayer, Hikal, Biocon and most recently with Dr. Reddy’s Ltd where he was heading site operations for their largest site.

He has done his B. Tech. in Chemical Engineering from Gujarat University.
