IMCD Group, a global leading partner for the distribution and formulation of speciality chemicals and ingredients, announces the appointment of Behnosh Yaghobi as Managing Director Middle East, effective 1 June 2026.

Behnosh brings a wealth of experience to the role, with a proven track record at IMCD since joining the company in 2020. She started as Regional Finance Manager Middle East and has progressively taken on broader responsibilities, most recently as Finance & Operations Director Middle East and Egypt.

As part of the team that established IMCD Middle East, Behnosh has played a key role in building the business from the ground up, and she brings strong commercial, operational and regional insight to her new role. With her deep knowledge of the region, its customers and its opportunities, she will lead IMCD's Middle East business into its next phase of growth.

Prior to joining IMCD, Behnosh held senior finance and leadership roles across a range of international businesses, including Vitol Group’s upstream business in Dubai, Air Sweden Aviation and Deloitte in Stockholm, where she began her career as an auditor before moving into senior analysis in M&A. She holds an MSc in Business and Economics from the University of Stockholm.
