Khanduja succeeds Sekhar Natarajan, who has completed his distinguished tenure as Independent Director after serving the Board for ten years. His appointment as Chairman reflects the company's confidence in his leadership and vision as it continues to accelerate growth across India and the region.
Khanduja joined Ingersoll Rand in 2013 and has held several leadership roles across operations, supply chain, and business management.
With over 25 years of global industry experience, he brings deep expertise in driving business transformation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a dual MBA from the Kelley School of Business (USA) and Manchester Business School (UK).
