Kavishwar Kalambe has been appointed as Vice President - Technical Manufacturing at Crystal Crop Protection Limited with effect from April 1, 2025.

In his new role, he will lead the Technical Manufacturing function, bringing a wealth of expertise and experience to the Crystal team.

Kalambe holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and MBA in Finance, and Six Sigma Black Belt. With 24 years of experience, he has a strong background in Manufacturing and Business Strategy, Plant Operations, Process Improvement, Project Management, Technology Transfer, Greenfield Project, EHS, Compliance Management, Industry 4.0, and Automation.

Before joining Crystal, he held key positions at Best Value Chem, Huntsman, Aarti Industries, Thermax Limited, BASF, Bayer Crop, and Gharda Chemicals, where he played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and efficiency.    

He is skilled at interfacing with operations, regulatory, quality assurance and quality control, and industrial relation departments to complete experimental/optimization trials and technology transfer of new and re-start products to production. He is driving project execution including direct leadership and using operational Excellence methodologies; ensuring timely delivery of multiple projects as per requirements of compliance, quality, time, and cost parameters.
