The Board of Directors of Linde India Limited has appointed Sneha Bajpai as the Head – HR & Administration of the company with effect from 1st December, 2024.Sneha Bajpai, aged about 45 years has completed her Graduation in Psychology, Master’s in Marketing Management and PG Diploma in Mass Communications and Human Resources.She has gathered rich experience of over 20 years in Compensation and Benefit, HR Operations, HR Technology, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Health & Wellness and Recruitment while working with various companies, viz. Tata TeleServices, Bharti AXA Life Insurance, MSD Pharmaceuticals, and ADVANZ Pharma.

Bajpai has been associated with the Linde Group since 2021.
