Linde India has appointed Milan Sadhukhan as Managing Director, effective 1 January 2026. 

Milan brings extensive leadership experience across Linde, having most recently served as Head of Finance, South & East Asia (Finance & Supply Chain) and Head of Finance, ASEAN & Head of Shared Services, APAC, based in Singapore.

Over a career spanning more than two decades, Milan Sadhukhan has held senior finance and controlling roles across Linde, BOC UK & Ireland, BOC India Ltd., and Linde India, including Head of Finance & Control, South Asia, Chief Financial Officer, Cluster Finance Head – India & Sri Lanka, and Head of Controlling – UK & Ireland.

Milan is a B.Com (Hons.) graduate, Chartered Accountant, and Cost & Management Accountant.
