Nexeo Plastics announced that Sean Andersen has joined the company as Vice President and General Manager, Specialties. With this strategic hire, Nexeo Plastics continues to strengthen its leadership team and position itself for continued growth and success in the dynamic plastics distribution industry.

Andersen brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to Nexeo Plastics. With more than 20 years of proven leadership in the market, he has demonstrated a track record of driving business growth and end-market applications. He has held various key leadership roles at the company’s predecessor, Nexeo Solutions, and at GE Plastics/SABIC Innovative Plastics, where he led successful strategic initiatives and achieved exceptional results.

In his new role at Nexeo Plastics, Andersen will be responsible for the Specialties sales and product line management teams, as well as Corporate Accounts and Strategic Commercial Services for North America. He will collaborate closely with the current leadership team to drive the company’s vision and help shape the future of plastics distribution.
