Nippon Paint India has appointed Sathish Kumar as Regional Sales Director. Kumar brings over 17 years of experience spanning sales, regional marketing, and colour-led brand strategy across the paints and coatings industry.

During his tenure with Nippon Paint India and the NIPSEA Group, Sathish demonstrated a knack for translating smart strategies into real-world success, significantly expanding markets and boosting brand visibility through strong on-the-ground efforts in crucial areas.

Before this promotion, he was the AGM of Regional Marketing at Nippon Paint India. In that role, he drove channel engagement and regional growth by leading key initiatives in dealer loyalty, BTL marketing, and color marketing strategies.
