Nivedita Shukla Verma designated as the new Chemical Secretary

Verma will take over as Secretary, Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers vice Arun Baroka upon his superannuation on 31.08.2023.

The government has appointed Nivedita Shukla Verma, lAS (UP:91), Special Secretary, Department of Defence, Ministry of Defence as Officer on Special Duty, Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers in the rank and pay of Secretary to the Government of India w.e.f. 01.08.2023.

Verma will take over as Secretary, Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers vice Arun Baroka, lAS (UT:90) upon his superannuation on 31.08.2023.
