Pravin Ramchandra Saraf has been appointed as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Exide Energy Solutions Ltd (EESL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Exide Industries Limited, effective December 22, 2025. The leadership transition follows the resignation of Mandar V Deo.

Saraf served as an Executive Director and Board Member at Exide Industries Limited, having previously served as a Non-Executive Director at Exide Energy Solutions Limited. His extensive leadership career includes senior roles at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited, Endurance Technologies Ltd., and Bosch.

Saraf possesses deep expertise in managing large-scale Indian and global operations, with a portfolio spanning manufacturing, supply chain management, R&D, quality control, and P&L leadership.
