Industrial minerals producer RBL Natural Resources Limited has announced the appointment of Abhay Kumar Jha as its Group Chief Executive Officer (Group CEO) and Director of RBL Petromin Energyy, effective December 1, 2025.

Jha is a seasoned business leader with over three decades of experience in the mining, industrial minerals, oil & gas, and specialty chemicals sectors. Prior to joining RBL Group, he served as Whole-time Director & Executive Director at India Gelatine & Chemicals Limited. Earlier, he was Whole-time Director at Hindustan M-I SWACO Limited, a joint venture with Schlumberger (SLB), where he played a key role in driving business growth, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives.

In his new role, Jha will lead the Group's strategic vision, accelerate business growth, strengthen operational performance, expand global market presence, and spearhead RBL's diversification into the energy and specialty chemicals businesses through RBL Petromin Energyy Pvt. Ltd.
