Niranjan Sonak has been appointed as Director (Marketing) of Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited with effect from the date of his assumption of charge of the post i.e. January 28, 2025 till date of his superannuation i.e. July 31, 2027 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Niranjan Sonak is B Tech (Chemical Engineering), Management degree PGDMM (Marketing), National Certification for Energy Managers (BEE). He worked as a Technical Member of Core Team at Corporate office and has multi-disciplinary experience in Technical and Commercial of 34 years In RCF (17 years at Thai and 17 years at Trombay).

He has experience of 10 years in Industrial production division, seven years in Commercial and Purchase department, 13 years in Urea Production, four years in Technical Audit, and also worked as Commissioning engineer at Shahjahanpur Ammonia/Urea plant of OCFL (SHAM KRIBHCO). He was awarded with the 2022-23 Corporate Excellence Award.
