Sanjay Borwankar has been appointed as an Additional Director and Whole-Time Director of Gujarat Fluorochemicals (GFL) for a period of one year with effect from 15th February 2020 in place of Dinesh Kumar Sachdeva. 

Sanjay Borwankar has 25 year of experience in the field of Operations Management, Business Process Optimization and technology Transfer and Assimilations. His last assignment was with SI Group India Pvt. Ltd. He has completed his BTech - Chemical from LIT, Nagpur and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Welingkar Institute of Management. 

Dinesh Kumar Sachdeva due to his preoccupations has tendered his resignation to act as a Director and Whole-Time Director of the company with effect from the end of business hours of 14th February, 2020.
