The Board of Directors of SRF Limited has approved the appointment of Geeta Shamrao Jadhav as the President & CHRO of the company with effect from January 30, 2025.  

Geeta Shamrao Jadhav has an illustrious career spanning over 25 years. Geeta has held key roles at renowned organizations like Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited, Tata Power Limited and Kirloskar Brothers Limited. She has also been a faculty member at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.

Geeta is a proud Indian Army veteran, where she developed strong leadership skills, discipline, and integrity. She has extensive experience in HR transformation, building high performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

She holds a degree in Computer Science, an MBA in Human Resource and Marketing Management, LLB degree and has completed an advanced Management Programme from IIM Ahmedabad
