Mito is M.S. in agricultural chemistry, Nagoya University and joined Sumitomo Chemical in 1985
Sumitomo Chemical has appointed Nobuaki Mito as the President of the company. Mito is currently Senior Management Executive Officer. Mito replaces Keiichi Iwata who is appointed as new Chairman of Sumitomo Chemical.
The company considered following requirements while selecting the new President. These are creating and executing a vision, organizational leadership, transformational ability, insight into technology, and international experience and communication skills.
