Syensqo announced that Chief Executive Officer Ilham Kadri will step down effective January 1, 2026.
Ilham Kadri is stepping down after completing a six-year transformative tenure leading the company and its predecessor company.
President of Performance & Care and Other Solutions segments, Mike Radossich, will take over from Ilham Kadri.
Radossich has more than 30 years of experience with the company and its predecessor companies.
