Tata Chemicals has appointed Rahul Pinjarkar as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), effective June 1, 2023

Pinjarkar has succeeded R Nanda who has recently retired from the position. Nanda will continue to be associated with the Tata Group in an Advisory capacity to facilitate the transition. He spent more than 17 years with the Tata Group.

Pinjarkar has over 24 years of professional experience. He has provided leadership to the HR Function that includes facilitating a culture of meritocracy, improving HR functional delivery, fostering healthy industrial & employee relations, and managing the change process.

Prior to Tata Chemicals, He was associated with Trent Hypermarket as Director- Human Resources. He worked with the organization for over 5 years.
