ABB India Limited has approved the appointment of Vaibhav Srivastava as Country HR Head (Senior Management Personnel) with effect from May 1, 2025.

Srivastava is a senior HR professional with multi-industry experience of more than 23 years, handling complete gamut of HR domain. He has rich experience of leading HR functions for manufacturing, projects, sales intensive businesses, R&D and software development centers and global competence centers. He has been associated with ABB since 2007 in various roles. He has also worked with conglomerates like Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., Poddar Pigments Ltd., Jagatjit Industries Ltd. and Nestle India Ltd.

Srivastava is an MBA (Human Resource) from IPS Academy, Devi Ahilya University and BTech. (Dairy Technology) from College of Dairy Science. He has acquired a diverse range of skills through extensive training and certification courses.
