Vikash Sarda will be appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Berger Paints India Limited with effect from 1st October, 2022 consequent upon the retirement of Srijit Dasgupta on 30th September, 2022.

Vikash Sarda has over 20 years' experience in Corporate Finance and Internal Audit Function. Vikash joined Berger in 2020 and is working as Senior General Manager, Finance and Accounts. Sarda has been playing a pivotal role in the cost transformation initiatives in various areas. Further, Sarda has also been involved in some key strategic projects in various verticals of the business aimed at stakeholder value addition.

With his vast experience working in diverse companies, business segments and geographies, he has championed the journey of standardization, simplification, and systematization of processes.

Sarda started his career with ITC Limited as Management Trainee in Internal Audit function and was designated Finance-Head for ITC Agri - business at the time of leaving the organization in 2007. He was associated with various companies like, Castro; Schlwnberger, Mumbai; Johnson & Johnson, Medical Services (a division of Johnson & Johnson Ltd.) in the Finance function. Prior to joining Berger, Sarda was associated with West African Soy Industries Limited, Nigeria, (WASIL) as Finance Director.
