Vishal Jawale has joined Connell Cadic, a leading marketer and distributor of specialty ingredients and chemicals in the Asia-Pacific region, as Managing Director - India & Regional Director - South Asia.

He was recently Managing Director of DKSH India since January 2022 responsible for driving growth, profitability, operational excellence, and the execution of DKSH’s Group-wide strategic initiatives to ensure sustainable growth in Business Unit Performance Materials, India. Before becoming Managing Director in January 2022, Vishal Jawale was the Industrial Director, South Asia, Pharmaceutical Industry with DKSH India from 2014.

He joined BASF India in 2010 as Sales Manager, Pharma Ingredients and Services, and was initially responsible for channel partner management and providing key inputs to Regional (Hong Kong) and Global (Germany) offices for devising effective Sales and Marketing strategies. Before that, he worked as Manager, Pharma Development at Voltas Chemicals Division from 2007. Vishal Jawale began his career as a Senior Territory Manager at Eli Lilly & Co. India in 2000.

Jawale is a graduate of Pharmacy and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Pune University Department of Management Sciences. He also holds a Master’s diploma in Pharmaceutical Management among others.
