The company posted a consolidated total income of Rs. 299.43 crore for the quarter
Manali Petrochemicals Limited (MPL), part of Singapore-based AM International, has reported a solid set of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2026, driven by improved realizations, cost efficiencies, and steady overseas contributions.
The company posted a consolidated total income of Rs. 299.43 crore for the quarter and Rs. 1,069.85 crore for FY26, up from Rs. 921.63 crore in FY25.
Profitability also strengthened sharply. Profit Before Tax (PBT) rose to Rs. 37.09 crore in the March quarter and Rs. 150.45 crore for the full year, compared with Rs. 42.05 crore in the previous year. Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at Rs. 29.04 crore for the quarter and Rs. 129.95 crore annually, up from Rs. 29.31 crore in FY25.
On a standalone basis, MPL reported Rs. 256.71 crore in revenue for the quarter versus Rs. 206.14 crore in the previous quarter, while PBT surged to Rs. 32.74 crore from Rs. 5.09 crore, highlighting a strong operational turnaround.
The company attributed the performance to improved raw material efficiencies, better realizations, and selective market participation amid global volatility, along with contributions from its overseas subsidiaries.
The Board has recommended a Rs. 0.50 per share (10%) dividend for FY 2025–26, subject to shareholder approval.
Ashwin Muthiah, Chairman of MPL and Founder Chairman of AM International, said: "Our last quarter performance has been good despite broader macroeconomic pressures, particularly rising input costs and unhindered imports.
"Improved raw-material efficiencies better realisations and contributions from our overseas subsidiaries supported the results.
It reflects our continuous focus on internal cost discipline, productivity gains, and the strategic shift toward premium specialty chemical solutions. Given the ongoing geopolitical uncertainties, we remain cautiously optimistic in the near term.”
