The company has taken steps towards appropriate legal remedies
Hikal Ltd has received a letter dated 20th December 2023 from Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) directing the Company to pay Rs. 1745 lacs as per the recommendations made in the report submitted by the Joint Committee to NGT, New Delhi.
The said letter dated Dec. 20, 2023 was received by the company on Dec. 289, 2023.
The company, in consultation with its legal advisors, has taken steps towards appropriate legal remedies, which will be actioned and updated once the Court vacations are over.
