"Solstice delivered strong third-quarter results, demonstrating the value of our differentiated portfolio and consistent execution," said David Sewell, President and Chief Executive Officer.

"Our businesses are well positioned to benefit from key secular growth trends including nuclear energy, thermal management, AI and data centers, and we continue to invest to support that growth. Our cash generation and balance sheet strength also enable us to return capital to shareowners, including through our $500 million share repurchase authorization, which we intend to substantially complete by the end of the first quarter of 2027."

Solstice returned $112 million to shareowners during the third quarter, including $100 million through share repurchases.

The company also reaffirmed its commitment to capital returns, stating that it intends to substantially complete its $500 million share repurchase authorization by the end of the first quarter of 2027.

The latest results highlight Solstice's strong operating momentum, improving profitability and confidence in its growth prospects, with investments targeting high-growth markets such as nuclear energy, thermal management, artificial intelligence and data centre infrastructure.
