Aarti Industries Limited (AIL), a prominent global specialty chemicals manufacturer, has secured a 10+ year dedicated manufacturing and supply contract with a leading global peer. This strategic alliance marks a new client acquisition for AIL and is projected to generate a cumulative revenue of approximately Rs. 1,500 crore ($150 million) over the agreement term. The partnership is designed to support the customer's accelerating growth and expanding requirements within the Indian market.

AIL will establish, commission, and operate a dedicated manufacturing plant in India to produce a high-performance specialty chemical. The facility will utilize the customer's proprietary process technology and be funded through a structured financial arrangement with a CAPEX under US$25 million.

By pairing global technology with AIL’s engineering, process scale-up, and operational expertise, the model delivers an essential manufacturing outsourcing solution for international companies. Pending regulatory approvals, commercial operations are slated to begin in FY2028–29.

By establishing a dedicated Indian manufacturing footprint, this partnership secures supply-chain resilience and directly accelerates the customer's regional growth. For AIL, the agreement expands its international client base, reinforces its strategic production portfolio, and creates a scalable foundation to capture the customer’s long-term Indian market demand.

Commenting on the development, Suyog Kotecha, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Aarti Industries Limited, said: “This agreement brings a new global customer into AIL’s portfolio and reflects the confidence placed in our ability to establish and operate dedicated manufacturing assets to global standards. The model combines the customer’s proprietary technology with AIL’s strengths in scale-up engineering, execution and reliable operations.

The long-term domestic supply arrangement provides sustained visibility while creating a capital-efficient platform for growth. It also gives both organisations a foundation to expand the engagement as the customer’s India requirements grow. We look forward to building this into a trusted and enduring manufacturing partnership.”
